"I have been working closely with your team for some for several months on the planning and now deployment of a medicine for COVID-19.
They have all been brilliant, and here are a few specific examples of what I have appreciated.
- Showing flexibilities and sense of urgency when needed.
- Being a point of escalation and providing sound advice
- Leading on the co-pack that was required – completing this ahead of time and with no deviations
- Leading on the full service / customer service operation
- Leading on operations and being the first point of contact for any issues.
- Rapid support and providing data as required.
- Everybody for their availability to support all the meetings….most supporting daily calls with NHS/GSK for the last week or so.
20th Dec was a fantastic milestone with NHS Hospitals (circa 90) receiving stock across the whole of the UK. Note, on the 9th Dec we had a call with the NHS leads suggesting a longer lead-in time. Since then, the urgency to get the product into hospitals intensified…and your team really have stepped up.
I did want to thank and recognise the Alloga’s teams effort and hard work to support the NHS and GSK….it’s such an important part that you play. Thank you!"
