The Step Up & Stand Out committee faced a challenging task in selecting winners from a pool of remarkable nominations acknowledging team members who consistently went above and beyond their roles in the past year.
Peter Earnshaw, 3PL Implementation Manager, was recognized for his pivotal role in enhancing data analytics by developing new professional KPI packs and a user-friendly dashboard for Goods In operations. His tireless efforts, often extending beyond standard working hours, have significantly contributed to business improvements. Peter's willingness to assist others further exemplifies his dedication to excellence.
Mark Godfrey, HGV Driver, stood out for his remarkable driving efficiency rate exceeding fleet averages and his invaluable support in training new drivers on MDT systems. With 17 years of service at Alloga, Mark's flexibility, positive attitude towards challenges like last-minute route changes, and unwavering reliability during peak periods make him a standout employee deserving of this recognition.
