This year marked a significant milestone as Alloga UK received an impressive number of nominations from every department, underscoring the outstanding work being accomplished across the business. The nominations serve as a testament to the commitment and passion exhibited by team members in driving towards healthier futures.
Following a meticulous review of 179 nominations by the POP team, 13 standout finalists were selected, showcasing exemplary performance and dedication. Subsequently, winners were chosen based on their exceptional contributions to Alloga UK's success. To recognize their remarkable achievements, a bonus will be added to the finalists' June pay as a token of appreciation for their outstanding work. Additionally, a presentation lunch with directors will be organized to celebrate their accomplishments.
Alloga UK proudly congratulates Mark Stringer from Castlewood Campus and Kelly Warren from AP5 for being named this year's winners. Their hard work and unwavering dedication have set a high standard for excellence within the organization.
