POSTED IN: on 14 June 2019 by sebastian

At Alloga UK our contract packing department has grown extensively over recent years with continual investment and expansion to meet our client's ever-growing demands. With contract packing staff levels doubling over the past year, it is clear combining logistics and packing solutions within one location is an enormous advantage to our clients.

Our in-house specialist team, and dedicated production facilities, means our clients have added agility and flexibility when considering their UK specification goods, and we're helping to control client costs and reduce carbon footprints too.

Now our AP7 warehouse is complete our contract-packing department is planning to expand into the new consumer warehouse; with 2 shrink wrap lines and a manual line for over labelling and product inspections. Furthermore our team is now live with a Material requirements planning system (MRP). MRP is a production planning, scheduling, and inventory control system used to manage manufacturing processes. Last year Alloga UK processed over 36 million units of co-pack activity. At Alloga UK we understand the growing importance of customer specific, retail ready packaging for supermarkets and consumers and provide a combined solution for contract packing, storage and distribution.

Please get in touch if you have any co-pack requirements, we’re able to provide no obligation quotes.
